We support PDF files for CV uploads. For job descriptions, you can upload a PDF or paste text directly.
You can upload up to 500 CVs per batch. Processing time depends on volume, so larger batches may take longer.
Marxel uses multiple AI agents: one synthesizes evaluation criteria from your job description and briefing notes, another parses CV content, and a third evaluates candidates against your criteria. Finally, candidates are bucketed into Aligned, Potential, Hold, or Unclear categories.
Yes! After the AI generates criteria from your job description and briefing notes, you can review and adjust weights, add or remove criteria, and customize red flags before processing CVs.
Aligned: Strong fit, book them in. Potential: Shows potential, needs review. Hold: On hold, follow-up needed. Unclear: Unclear fit, likely pass.
Marxel uses provider-managed encryption, access controls, and GDPR-conscious workflows. We use subprocessors to provide the service and do not sell your data. You can delete candidate data through available product controls or contact us for assistance.
Yes, you can export your shortlist and candidate data to CSV format for use in your ATS or other systems.
Yes! Our Free plan includes 1 active job and 200 CV screens per month. No credit card required. Upgrade when you need higher volume, team features, or priority support.
Go to Settings > Billing in your dashboard. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
You can delete candidate data directly from your dashboard at any time. Deleting an individual user account removes that login and its creator reference, but does not delete screening data owned by an organization. To request deletion of an organization account and its owned data, email hello@marxel.co; requests are handled under the applicable contract, legal requirements, and retention limits.
